Does The Muscle Stiffness In The Legs Alleviate Eventually?

I have been diagnosed with a spine compression fracture. I am 77 years old in good health except for osteoporosis. About a year ago both my legs seemed tighten up making it difficult to walk. Nearly a year later my legs are looser but tire easily. Thankfully, I have no pain. The rheumatologist offered no medications, nutritional counseling, etc. Will my legs eventually loosen? Thank you.
