Does The Pain In The Left Breast And Liquid Oozing Due To Mirena IUD Removal?

I removed the Mirena IUD about 3 months ago. Had alot of health issues with it so I finally removed it. This month ive been having alot of pain on my left breast. The same pain you get when your breast feeding & your baby is hungry. I have a 3 year old daughter & I stopped breast feeding when she was 2 months old. Besides the pain my breast is leaking milk. Is this a side effect from removing the IUD? Ive gotten my period & I took a pregnancy test a month ago which was negative.
