Does The Parents Chronic Habit Of Smoking Affects The Child Health?

My mother smoked a pack per day when I was in vitro, 64 years ago. I am female, much smaller than my mother who was 5 8 , and I am 5 2 , and my father was 5 11 . Ii am 64 and have asthma, allergies, throat congestion. I eat very healthy, organic, take supplements, walk a lot, ride a bike, have not smoked since I was 26- smoked half a pack per day for 10 years prior) and am 110 lbs. I am wondering if my mother s smoking habits have affected my chronic health. She died of HA at age 62. my fathern who did not smoke, died at 98 with no dementia but his heart stppped during a 7.2 earthquake in NZ. Thank you.
