Does The Penis Become Weak After Penetration During Intercourse?

Good evening i am 21yrs girl, i have a serious problem every time, i had sexual penetration with a guy, the guys dick gets weaker or stop being harder as it was before penetration, and i had tried different guys thinking is their fault, but in all of them, this same thing happen... so please kindly advise me what to do.

There is nothing to worry. Pre-ejaculation of semen from the penis withdraw penis from its stiffness, size too, so they will be out of that sex mood.
