Does The Results Showing Non Specific Abnormal Changes In ECG A Cause Of Concern?

I am 31 and had a ECG done cause of some anxiety and chest pain....the results came back as non specific abnormal changes....the doctor didn't really say anything about it, the nurse told me....should I be worried....I have no family history of heart problems but I do smoke and drink.

Hi, dear. I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your ecg report suggest non specific abnormal changes. It does not suggest any major pathology so no need to worry. Just be relaxed. Just repeat the ecg after a month. If you have any symptoms then consult physician and take treatment accordingly.
