Does The Sacrum Lytic Abnormality Need Further Investigation?

I had a CT of pelvis for groin pain, numbness, weakness. It reported a well-defined lytic abnormality in the mid body of the sacrum measuring 1.5 cm in size. It was nonspecific and suggested correlation with the bone scan I had that day as well. In BS it didn't take up radiopharmaceuticl so they have decided it is not significant in the sacrum. Should this not be looked into further?
