hello doctor,
this is my second pregnancy which has been confirmed throug iui and i am still 4weeks. my tubal status says that both are ampullary coiling and mild dilatation and fimbrial clumped. will this mean tubal pregnancy? My serumbetahcg shows 410.67mIU/ml.

The above mentioned finding may be found in case of inflammation of tubes due to any reasons other than pregnancy.
The foetal tissue/foetal pole if present is diagnostic. Please send details of investigation with full reports and status of uterus(is it empty) for further suggestions.
