Does This EKG Report Show High Rate Abnormalities?

I recently went to the ER as a recommendation from my PCP due to an abnormal EKG. Vent rate 102 PR intervals 124 Qt/Qtc 348/453 PRT AXES 80 88 40 I am 53 year old woman, weigh 125, no smoking, ran 1 mile a day for 30 years. (recently stopped due to some arthritis in neck. Exercised on treadmill instead. ALL tests at ER - chest xray and blood tests were normal. (d-timer, tropinon-1 etc) Referred to cardiologist who wants to do a stress test and echo. I feel tired, have extreme anxiety and I think it was a panic attack. Does the EKG show high rate abnormalities when heart is beating at 102?
