Does This Follicle Test Result Show Sign Of Early Pregnancy?

Hi mine is a case of secondary infertility first one was a misscariage.. Then i had done two unsuccessful iui i m 35 now. Wen i met doctor last he told me that my endrometrium was not growing properly when iui was done it was 7mm triple line. He prescribed me progynova 2mg two tabs thrice a day for 10 days my endrometrium was 6mm triple line on 8th day n dominant folicle was 15 mm on the 23rd day i got spotting for two days it was brownish in colour n then stopped today i m two days delay for my periods pregnancy test at home turned out to be negative could i still b pregnant?

If the test was done early then it is possible. Pregnancy tests can normally detect pregnancy by day 11 to 14, if the test was done prior to this then the levels of HCG may not have been high enough to be detected.

You can consider waiting a few days and repeating to test for an accurate result.

Pregnancy tests can normally detect pregnancy by day 11 to 14, if the test was done prior to this then the levels of HCG may not have been high enough to be detected.
