Does Thyroid Dysfunction Cause Severe Fatigue And Nose Bleed?

I have had chronic fatigue for the last six years. It all started when I contracted hep c. I was cured two years ago and still the fatigue continues. When I sweat my skin feels itchy and prickly. My left nostril bleeds almost every morning. I always feel slightly sick. My testosterone is low so I take injections. Could there be a problem with my Thyroid? Thank you so much

Welcome to Ask a Doctor service,
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice

Fatigue is a symptom that always comes with some infection and if it is the chronic one, then infection needs to be ruled out. Else, it may not be due to thyroid hormone. The only way to clear the doubt of thyroid hormone is to get done the TSH value. Stress can cause fatigue. It can be a functional condition, so first try to come out of this.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
