Does Thyroid Dysfunction Cause Thinning Of Hair And Asthma?

I have a group of seemingly unrelated symptoms and I have been wondering if they could actually be related. I am a 67 year old woman. Low thyroid since 18 years old, thinning hair, asthma, moderate to severe arthritis in knees, shoulders, and some in hips.

Thinning of hair is typical for hypothyroidism. You seem to have group of disease with autoimune ethiology like arthritis hypothyroidism.
