Does Tiredness And Abnormal Breathing Indicate COPD?

I may have COPD. I am tired after just minimal activities. My breathing is abnormal. I take Pulmicort but it doesn't really help. I'm a bit dizzy all the time. My sleep pattern is wierd. I fall asleep around 2-5 in the morning and get up about 10 ish. Also I have a regular cough, with phlemn most of the time. Greenish in color. What's you verdict. I see my doctor next Friday.
