Does Tiredness And Lack Of Energy Indicate Sign Of Menopause?

k this may sound strange i am 47 and had my tubes cut and tied and burnet i had them done in 1994 and last month i had my regular period 04/05/2015 then started to spot three weeks later all the way through april into this month i feel tired i have a little energy then i go down hill from there is it menopause
