Does Travelling By Flight Or Using Cell Phones Effect A Mechanical Aortic Valve

Is it true that when you get a Mechanical Aortic Valve you can t fly in airplanes because of the pressure? I also heard that you can t use a cell phone.....is the above true?

There is no contraindication for flying in planes with mechanical valves but MRI cant be done.
Even cell phones can be used but avoid keeping it in the chest pocket
