Does Twisted Spine Lead To Pain In The Arm?

hello I have two questions in one. For a while now sometimes when i extend my arm from my elbow down i get a pain that feels like electrocution. Also I have recently started having a feeling of numbness and tingling in the buttocks of the same side. Heres sort of question two I have had two children both epidurals i was stuck at least three times hitting a nerve and sending pain along my right side. Both anesthesiologist said I have a twisted spine so they kept getting in spaces. Could this twisted spine be the problem and should I have that checked out.
