Does Two Fainted Lines Mean Pregnancy In HCG Test?

hi i am a 26 yr old female,i have 4 children all under 7 all my children were born by c section and after my last child was born last year i was sterilised i have have no problems with my menstrual cycle,but this month my cycle was a week late then i started getting very bad cramps in my stomach an when i went to the toilet i had a pinky brown discharge this then went away and on and off since i have had bleeding pinky water an sometimes alittle red but not enough for a period,i have swelling in my ankles and in my face and also my stomach,dizziness,sickness and my appetite is bigger but my taste buds are diffrent my breasts are sore also,i did a pregnancy test an got a very faint pink line in the first window an a dark line in the second window what i want to know is could i be pregnant again?

Hi..very sadly i should tell that two lines on pregnancy test kit indicate you are pregnant..might be because of your sterilization failure- it might be a normal pregnancy but you have to be very cautious regarding ectopic that is extrauterine pregnancy which is slightly more common after sterilization procedure if at all it fails.
please get an urgent transvaginal ultrasound done to confirm the site and viability of your embryo..further action will have to be taken accordingly..
