Does Typhoid Fever Cause Difficulty In Getting Pregnant?
Hello doctor, I tried to get pregnant last month, using my ovulation calender, but this month my period came. I later realised I had typhoid as at same time I tried to conceive. I was having high fever and thought it was my ovulation heat. Please could the typhoid have prevented me from getting pregnant.

Typhoid fever does not interfere with conception, but typhoid/any acute illness causes hormonal disturbance in ovulation/irregular period. So ovulation can not be predicted & this may have caused confusion in your case.
I would say it was blessing in disguise. as conception in typhoid fever may hamper fetal growth/maternal weakness in early pregnancy.
