Does Umbilical Hernia Cause Pain While Urinating And Bloating?

Hi. I think I may have an umbilical hernia. I went to see my OB/GYN and had a PAP test and have had problems ever since. When he did the PAP test it hurt like hell and I had problems urinating afterwards and felt very bloated but went to the doctor and they rule out bladder infection, etc. Could a hernia cause all that?
