Does Unwanted 72 Help To Abort If Taken After Conceiving?
Hello doctor..i had unprotected sex with my gf on 11th sep.and she had body pains....then she decided to take urine test....at urine test the result is she is pregnent....after 10days she took an unwanted 72 with.all i want to know is that what are the chances of abortion?
Understanding your concern. As per your query your girlfriend have got pregnant and you want abortion for that. I do not recommended abortions as a medication practitioner. Unwanted kit is an effective method of abortion for pregnancies less than 7 weeks gestation as it contains tablets such as mifepristone and misoprostol , you should do it under supervision of medical practitioner after getting transvaginal ultrasonography. Otherwise, you may have complications like uncontrolled bleeding or incomplete abortion. If you are not prepared you should take proper precautions and proper preventive methods to avoid it.
Hope your concern has been resolved. Dr. Harry Maheshwari
