Does Unwanted Pills For Abortion Have Any Side Effects?

hello sir,i m a 24yrs. lady and last month i missed my periods,after that last week i can checked pregnancy test,it is positive and this time my 2nd periods date are coming,this my first pregnancy,so today i can take unwanted pills for abortion,so how can do these pills in my abortion, is any side effect on my body or not,

1.Yes it does have side effects - can not be used on a regular basis / used only for emergency purpose.
2.This emergency contraceptive medications can cause irregular periods / difficulty in conceiving in long run.
3.This is take generally 72 hours before the unprotected intercourse.
4.Suggest to have a protected intercourse in future to avoid these conditions and confusions of pregnancy.
5.Most common side effect i have came across are irregular periods.
