Does Urinalysis Confirms UTI?

Am jane, i went for urinalysis and the results were, Appearance:pale yellow and turbid, PH:6.5, S.G:1.020, Protein:30mg/dl(+?), Microscopy:Epithlial cells(++)seen 5-8(WBCs)seen, Clue cells (+)seen and no casts/yeast cells/T.vaginalis seen. does that mean the UTI HAS BEEN THRE FOR SO LONG? and wat brings or causes it?

As the report given here suggested the presence of organism in urine, actually this organism causes the infection to vagina, the report need to be correlate with the clinical sign and symptoms, if you have some symptom that suggest the UTI then you need to have a medicine for this, discus this with your doctor, have nice day.
