Does Usage Of CPAP Machine At A Pressure Setting Of 15 Adversely Affect New Cataract Surgery?

I just had cataract surgery but also am using a new Cpap machine which is supposed to be used nightly. I am also supposed to use an eyepatch to sleep for one week. Will using the Cpap machine at a pressure setting of 15 adversely affect my new cataract surgery?

In my expert opinion it doesn't pose any hazard to your new eye surgery.

Its needed to have a proper ventilation too, especially to the eyes, which are in the process of healing. Oxygen in blood (saturation) maintaining a good level is such necessary as before surgery.

A good oxygen in blood, adequate blood flow and proper breathing is all needed to heal soon.

But if you feel any undue pressure on eyes, pain or discharge, consult your Surgeon right away.
