Does Usage Of Canesten Pessary Cause Brown Vaginal Discharge?
Hi , two days ago I did try to inseart The canesten pessary but I probably did not put it correctly as it came out two minutes later and I was a bit in pain. The next day I started to have this brown discharge and now is being 2 days and I m still bleeding ( not heavy bleeding ) My question is if that can be caused by the pessary ? I have used the medication one time before this and did not have any problems. Thank you

I think you may probably have damaged the vaginal mucosal lining during insertion since you say you had difficulties with putting it. I think it may need 1 or two days to get better.
