Does Usage Of Lakshadi Guggul Helps In Healing Fractured Bones?

I am curious about the use of Lakshadi Guggul for fractured bones. I fractured my distal fibula about 2 weeks ago and the bone has shifted. Will this help correct that? I am 31 years old, five five and a half, and have had a relatively healthy life until now. I have never broken any bone before.
