Does Use Of Orthotics For The Feet Cause Hip Pain?

I have just recently got orthotics for both feet but mainly for my left foot I have Achilles degenerative. I still workout but modify my workouts but I have noticed when I wear the orthotics both hips ache all the time, I have noticed when I don t wear the orthotics my hips don t ache as much....what do you suggest?

Hi.

Sadly this is a very commonly occuring issue in my field, try revisiting your doctor to find better fitting orthotics, or in due time your hip joint will start degenerating which can end up in requiring a joint replacement surgery.
