Does Using Alprazolam Before Pregnancy Impact The Baby During Pregnancy?

Hello doc..! I m 8 weeks pregnant with history of 1miscarriage.i got my pregnancy confirmed today but I was using alprazolam 0.5mg for past 2 months.will this cause any harm to baby?i don t wanna lose this baby coz I waited for 3 yrs for this pregnancy

I really appreciate your function, it is the sedative drug belongs to Benzodiazepine group and it is not at all advisable to have this drug in pregnancy may cause some ill effect on baby hope this information helps.
