Does Using Astymin Have Any Known Side Effects?

I just bought astymin today from my pharmacy and wanted to know if there are any known side effects. I am very tired of late, my mental recollection and concentration is poor, im about to start back studying and i usually have a very hectic day. will this help me in any way??
