Does Using Betnesol Nose Drops Cause Severe Headaches?

I have used betnesol nose drops several times before but this time when I used them i had the worst headache I have ever experienced I was photophobic and couldn't do anything for about 2 hours when it began to wear off.

I wonder if I should use them again as I really don't want another headache like that.I am 75 years old and 5'6" 12 stone and fit as I walk every day at least one mile or more. I have previously had a FESS and several washouts and whatever was in vogue for my chronic sinusitis some with anaesthetic and some without!
