Does Using Genitte For Irregular Periods Cause Any Problem In Conceiving?

My wife is having irregular periods , the Gynac. gave her Genitte 35. My concern is that Genitte 35 also acts as an contraceptive. and from my past 2-3 experiences in my family my sisters had some contracaptive ( i pill) after marriage to avoid pregnancy . But later when thay wanted to concive they faced many problems and took them nearly 3-4 years to do so. Thats what is worrying me . will my wife too face the same problem
