Does Using Polygynax Suppositories During Pregnancy Cause A Miscarriage?

I used Polygynax suppositories during my first week of pregnancy(i didn t know yet i was pregnant).After 2 weeks i knew I am pregnant,today i had a visit to the gynecolog and they told me that my pregnancy was stopped.Could it be becouse of the suppositories?
