Does Using Saaz-DS Cause Fever Or Severe Headaches?

hi i am 70 years female and recently i got knee replacement opeartion. post surgery doctors suggested sazoren 1gm. i am not finding this tablet in medical shops , they have given me saaz-ds 1gm. is this 2 tablets are same. if so please advise me is there any possiblity that by using saaz-ds 1gm twice daily causes any fever and severe headache
