Does Using Meth During Pregnancy Will Cause The Baby To Be Tested Positive ?

My sister n law has been useing meth and is now 37 weeks pregnant and in the hospital cause she can't stop throwing up she is 4cm dialated and last used was 5 or 6 days ago if she delivers will they test the placinta for meth and the will they test the babies poo? I hate to say it but she has 7 other kids and has used with all of them I'm tired of wacthing her hurt her unborn babies. Please tell me there is a huge chance that they will test and it will be positive?

If she has been using meth regularly then it is likely to cause withdrawal symptoms in the baby. If they will investigate the baby the baby will test positive .
