Does Vaginal Bleeding Stop After Taking Novelon And Trenaxa?

hi i had spotting 3 days before and after periods and major cramps which didnt stop even after taking 2 meftal spas. this went on for 3 months.Then i starting having spotting daily after my next month s periods so i consulted gynae and she gave me trenexa mf but after 2 weeks also my bleeding didnt stop and she then recommended me 21 days course of novelon and 2days trenexa mf and its my 4th day of the treatment but my bleeding is still there and also stomach pain. will this bleeding and pain stop after 21 days or should i visit her?

I think you may need further evaluation.
An ultrasound should be done together with hysteroscopy and colposcopy.
Also do a total blood count and platelet count.
Even if bleeding stops you should do the evaluation.
