Does Vaginal Bleeding With Clots After Testing Positive For Pregnancy Indicate Miscarriage?

Hello,

I took two pregnancy tests on Saturday and both were positive, although I'm on the pill.

It was a shock at first but I have got used to the idea.

On Monday I had a very light brown spotting and by Thursday it was like a normal period with a few blood clots, can you please tell me if you think I'm having a miscarriage.

I'm not experiencing any pains or anything else I feel normal apart from the bleeding which I worrying!
