Does Vaginal Spotting Indicate Implantation Bleeding?
July 19th I found 3 spots in my undies and when I wiped it was a little brown then stopped nothing else. Then yesterday I starting spotting bright red and light then today it picked up still bright red but still no where near the amount of my period.. when I wipe or on pad. My question is... is this implementation bleeding or early miscarriage bleeding. My period is still a few days away

YOu have noticed increased vaginal bleeding. This is not implantation bleed as implantation bleeding is only spotting. More than likely you maybe having a miscarriage especially if you have a positive pregnancy test.
