Does Very Light Spotting Be An Indication Of Pregnancy?

So 3 days ago I thought I got my periods (a feeling as I call it). I checked. No stains. So I took a tissue and wiped my inner part of the vagina. I saw some light red stains. I was sure I got them. Its 3 days now I dont see a single drop. absolutely NOTHING. I am married. Not in major stress. This happened for the first time when I saw a stain but nothing after that. How normal is it? Could I pregnant or is it just winters keeping me cold? Appreciate your answers.

Hi, In few persons light spotting is seen on the expected day of menstruation in pregnancy which is termed as Implantation bleeding. It is better to confirm with urine pregnancy test..
