Does Vitamin B8 Interact With Diazepam?
Does vitamin B8 or any b vitamins interact with diazapam. I just read an online blog stating that B vitamins should not be taken during benzo tapering as it may make the withdrawal symptoms worse. She said the same about vitamin D. I take both. Thank you.

There's no documented interaction between Vitamin B8 and Diazepam.
Water soluble vitamins such as B6, B8, or Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) or fat soluble vitamin like Vitamin D have no harmful interaction when given along with Diazepam or during its withdrawal.
In fact, Vitamins like Thiamine (B1) and Vitamin C may greatly enhance the Diazepam detoxification and reduce its withdrawal symptoms.
