Does Vitamin Deficiency Cause Abdominal Muscle Spasms?

I am currently experiencing muscle spasms\charlie horse pain in my sides and abdomen when I bend down or stretch to grab an object. I have had this in my legs before when exhausted or dehydrated but never in sides, back & stomach. Could I be vitamin deficient?

Hi

More likely a potassium or magnesium deficiency would explain this although you might also have a vitamin D deficiency

You need blood work to check for all of those
