Does Weak Positive In HPT Followed By Periods Mean Miscarriage?

Doctor I had missed my menestrual in the 1 week of November which was to occur, but after doing preganancy test on 15 of Nov it was as per my Husband ( Pathologist ) it was weak positive and after 4 days i had my mennestrual i wanted to know whether it was a miscarge?

And if it is then when should i plan my next pregnanacy?
