Does Weak Positive Result In HPT Suggest Pregnancy?

Hi I am 22 year old, i and my hubby had contact after my periods that is on september 18 ,2015 that too alternate days, but now I have missed my periods so I took a urine test that is today October 20, 2015 and got my result as weakly positive so again I have taken blood test... Buy I am really eager to know my result please help me out.

The blood test would be able to give an earlier accurate result.

Urine and blood pregnancy tests detect the HCG hormone but this can be picked up in the blood earlier than with urine tests.

Most urine tests can detect pregnancy by day 11 to 14 after conception.
