Does Wearing Mask For Sleep Apnea Lower Blood Pressure?

Hi Dr. Rynne I am a 57 year old female, who has had a pacemaker for 8 years, percentage used is 1-2%. I also had a mild stroke 2 months before the pacemaker was put in. I have have type II diabetes, take 2 metformin and insulin every day. I also take a blood pressure pill a day (rampril) I have been having dizzy spells and very tired all the time. I took my blood pressure this am and it was 106/66. I am assuming that is why I have been dizzy. I also wear a mask at night for sleep apnea. I remember my diabetes specialist saying one time that wearing the mask also lowers blood pressure. Do you think it is dangerously low?
