Does White Patch On Tongue And Hands/feet Pain Indicate Acute HIV Syndrome?

Hello. I recently had sex with a csw of unknown status, using a condom. however she used a lotion to rub her vagina before insertion. I did not last more than 5 minutes int he act. I have recently learnt that Condoms and lotions do not go along, and can cause the condom to break down.. When i pulled out, the condom was full of semen, and i discarded it accordingly. 2 weeks later i had a stiff neck, pain behind my ears, sore throat, white patch ontthe tongue, and at the back of the throat, pea size noddles on my neck, and some sharp needle pain on my hands, feet and other body parts. After 4 weeks i had a negative HIV test.... Are these sysmptoms indicative of acute HIV syndrome? I am scared to death, and litteraly peeing everywhere.
