Does Wild Rose Cleanse Lead To Blood Discharge While Urination?

Hello. For a few days now whenever I go to the washroom (urinate) I am getting blood on the toilet paper when I wipe. No blood is in my urine only when I wipe afterwards. I have been doing the Wild Rose Cleanse since Monday as well.... Could these be related? What is the reason for blood when I wipe?
