Does Womb Enlargement Hinder Pregnancy?

what causes womb enlargment,can it hinder pregnancy from occuring and can it be cured i am 35yrs old,not so sure of height,i weight 85kg. i had a fibroid operation last november,and has not been able to get pregnant.most times it seems the sperm does not get in,it comes the moment it is released.
