Does Worsening Wrist Pain With Numbness And Cramping For 2 Months Require Medical Attention?

About 2 months ago I started getting wrist pain and I didn’t worry to much about it but recently it’s been getting a little more painful than before it feels like little needles poking my hand and from my middle finger to my thumb it gets numb for a bit, it also craps quite a bit. Is it something I should get am checked out? Or what can I do?
