Does Wysolone Cause Irregular Periods?

Hi! I am 26. My periods have been delayed by 6 days. Recently, I have extracted my 4 wisdom teeth. I was on painkillers and antibiotics for the same. Also, I was on wysolone (corticosteroids) for a course of 5-7 days. I know taht one of the side effect of wysolone is irregular periods. I have also take the home pregnnacy test twice, its negative. Is there any way I can start my periods sooner?
