Does Xamic To Stop Light Bleeding Cause Miscarriage?

I was 7 week pregnancy .there is light spotting without pain.i have consulted my doctor. she has given me a injection for continue my pregnancy as my ultrasound is normal.but there is no heartbeat. she has given me medicine named xamic 500 to stop light bleeding.but after three days I have miscarriage after having severe pain.is doctor has given me the correct medicine.
