Dear friend, welcome to HCM.
it is a positive stress test. it means that the blood supply to the heart is inadequate during stress of exercise. but normal at rest.
you are prone to heart attack variants. and need to be evaluated in details by a cardiologist.
the results are occasionally misleading considered alone.
pl. seek cardiology consultation and act on advice.
you need a good comprehensive health check.
take care and pl. keep me posted on the progress.
