Hello
You have high fasting blood sugar denoting diabetes although your PP blood sugar levels are normal.
Although it is possible to have normal PP sugar inspite of high fasting sugar,I would advise you to go for repeat testing of your sugar levels.
Your total cholesterol levels along with LDL cholesterol are quite high.
The goals for you are
Non HDL cholesterol should be below 130 and your LDL cholesterol should be below 100 and ideally below 80.
Consult your doctor and get medication for your high cholesterol and take proper life style measures like restriction of diet and proper exercises.
It is very important to be vigilant for your sugar levels as you may develop frank diabetes in future.
Thanks

dear friend, welcome to HCM.
your fasting sugar is way high. but post prandial is ok?? surprising.
also cholesterol and LDL are high.
you should recheck F and PP blood sugars and corresponding urine sugar, ketones and see your physician for evaluation of daibetes and dyslipidemia. you will be advised diet and lifestyle modifications and medicines if repeat levels suggest diabetes. HbA1C will be advised if necessary.
take care and keep me posted on your progress.
