Done Blood Test. Bruise In Area Of Test, White Spots. What Causes It?

28 yr female, had a bloodtest 5th, 3 days later a bruise appeared away from the bloodtest spot. there was only 1 spot poked, test went smooth in crook of elbow , bruise appeared not in crook but little ways um, south? and on forarm, two separate bruises next to eachother, both equaling and area about 2 1/2-3 inches long, 2 inches wide (not filling that area, just two circle bruises in that area). Bruise developed worse over the next three days, now its been healing , has white spots in the bruise, but still there and large enough to be noticable and ppl keep asking what happened. What causes it, could it be vitamin deficiency, is it normal to last this long (now 7 days later)?
